Founder advisory
A second set of eyes on the decisions that change your business.
I work with founders and small teams on the gap between a good looking dashboard and a business that holds up underneath it. Pricing, contribution margin, distribution, hiring, and the decisions that are easier to delay than to face.
Where I can help
The questions I like working on
Are the orders making money?
Revenue can look healthy while acquisition, returns, fulfilment, and fixed costs quietly consume it. We can work through the numbers at the level where decisions are made, not just where they are reported.
What should grow next?
A new channel, a larger team, another product, a retail footprint. Each can be the right move. Each can also make a weak model more expensive. I help founders test the assumptions before they commit.
What needs to stop?
Some decisions are hard because the work has already begun. I can be an outside voice when you need to separate what is working from what you have grown attached to.
How we start
Bring one real decision.
Tell me what you are building, the decision in front of you, and the number or assumption you trust least. A 30-minute introductory call is enough to see whether I can be useful.
If there is a fit, we can agree on the question to answer, the information needed, and the scope before any advisory work begins. You will know what we are trying to decide, rather than paying for an open ended conversation.
I have built businesses across design, art, and consumer products. The 55 Lac Illusion is my account of what a ₹55 lakh month at Perfume Lounge concealed about the underlying model. That experience shapes the questions I ask now.
Before we talk
See how I think
If a decision is keeping you up, tell me what it is.
A few lines about your business and the question are enough to start.
